Cadru pentru abordarea problemei/The Problem-Solving Framework

In contextul unei societati in continua schimbare, in care lucrurile se desfasoara cu rapiditate, in care tehnologia joaca un rol din ce in ce mai important descoperim cu stupoare ca desi in multe scoli din mediul rural exista tehnologie, nu exista si cadre didactice instruite sa o foloseasca. Calculatoarele stau practic sub cheie, cu alte cuvinte nu sunt utilizate.

In the context of a constantly changing society, where things rapidly unfold and technology plays an increasingly important role, we are astonished to find that despite the presence of technology in many schools in the rural area, there are no teachers trained to use it. Computers are practically kept locked up, in other words, they are not used.

Rezumat al problemei/Problem summary:

In mediile defavorizate, profesorii nu sunt incurajati sa se dezvolte profesional si nici nu se aloca resursele financiare necesare. Acestia nu au cunostinte suficiente de operare IT si nu pot folosi eficient calculatoarele aflate in dotare. Astfel, copiii din aceste zone sunt privati de oportunitatile de invatare oferite de utilizarea noilor tehnologii.

In disadvantaged environments, teachers are not encouraged to develop professionally and do not have the necessary financial resources to do so. They do not have enough IT operating knowledge and cannot efficiently use the school computers. The children in these areas are thus deprived of the learning opportunities offered by the use of new technologies.

Planul de actiune:

  1. Crearea unei echipe de lucru (Reprezentanti de la Inspectoratul Scolar, autoritati publice locale, ONG- uri, biblioteci publice)
  2. Analiza de nevoi ( Chestionar si proba practica)
  3. Stabilirea competentelor si obiectivelor de invatare in domeniul TIC
  4. Crearea designului cursului
  5. Asigurarea resurselor necesare livrarii cursului (atragerea de fonduri europene, parteneriate, donatii, sponsorizari, voluntariat)
  6. Livrarea cursului
  7. Evaluare acestui proiect

Action plan:

  1. Creating a working team (Representatives of the School Inspectorate, local public authorities, NGOs, public libraries)
  2. Needs assessment (questionnaire and practical test)
  3. Establishing competencies and learning objectives in ICT
  4. Conceiving the design of the course
  5. Ensuring the resources needed for the delivery of the course (attracting European funds, partnerships, donations, sponsorships, volunteering)
  6. Delivery of the course
  7. Evaluation of this project
