Summary of the Problem:

In some countries governments practice blocking of online resources, and even can shut down a whole country internet connection.

Summary of the Proposed Solution:

Partially back to offline life: spreading printing materials, phone calls, radio

Technology to Solve the Problem:

• Using VoIP-to-landline gates (Skype maybe) to make phone calls massively

• Amateur radio transmissions (pirate radiostations). USB sticks (CDs, DVDs) could be distributed hand-to-hand

Existing solutions or relevant links:

Uncensored media outlets, working abroad, but available in countries with repressive regimes
