Summary of the Problem

Qualified calibers are available in the employment market while the Organizations (Companies, NGOs…) offering vacant positions can’t find the right match of these qualified calibers through not being connected to them.

How to approach/reach/find the biggest number of qualified Professionals trough the social media channels


Summary of the Proposed Solution

Combine both the push and the pull methods on the internet campaign:

Continue to post and pray Reach out the candidates through direct approach on the social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn…)

Engage the community on the company’s page to attract more traffic of people interested in the activity and who can respond/share the recruitment campaign advertisement

Encourage employees (internal employees) to share the job campaign with their own networks and provide incentive actions (free dinners, coupons…)


Technology to Solve the Problem

Social media platforms that provide visibility to the recruitment campaign, that provide targeting tools and multimedia supports to be shared through the community of job seekers
