9:30-10:10 Opening Plenary: Semma Quran, Reach Telecommunications & Noel Dickover, US State Department – This plenary will have a CSO from each problem statement to be worked to speak to its importance and tell the participants why they want to solve it.
10:10-11:00 Small Group Work on Identifying Solutions: Participants break out into problems identified from the brainstorming session, and fill in a problem-solution template (Laptops needed for each group).

Blue: How do we use social media to facilitate coordination and cooperation between NGOs working in similar sectors and issues to prevent overlap and increase impact?
Black: How can we use mobile technology to open communication channels between educational institutions and Palestinian students?
Brown: How can we leverage online fundraising techniques to find and engage new and international donors and alternative funding sources including the private sector for NGOs?
Gold: How to do engagement and outreach in places with poorly built infrastructure?

Olive: How can we use social media to promote strong, positive, women role models to inspire self-empowerment, economic empowerment and political empowerment among Palestinian women?
Orange: How to utilize social media to mobilize “Voluntary Work” & Youth led Campaigns in Palestine?
Pink: How can we use social media to improve and bring life to the curriculum so that it is more relevant to the Palestinian youth?
How can we use social media to match “Youth” with “Mentors” & resources in our local community?
How can we make our students HATE smoking using social media?
Violet: How can we address the lack of understanding and awareness of the Occupation and its history among the youth of Palestine?
White: How can we help girls get online and tell stories particularly in places that their families are afraid of allowing them to connect?
Yellow: How can we integrate online and offline tools to increase awareness about our organizations in order to attract interested stakeholders?
How can we improve the image of NGOs among Palestinian youth to create trust and build confidence in the NGO’s ability to help with their issues. (Currently many think NGOs are only there to steal money).
Purple: How can we improve map literacy amongst youth in a way that preserves Palestinian names for streets, cities and neighborhoods, which can be used
Aqua: How can employees at NGO’s and companies gain sustainable personal development at work?
Red: How can an organization minimize the communicative gap between senior level management and junior/entry level staff?
